Known Issue: Search Designer Icon Not Showing

KNOWN ISSUE:

Currently, there is an issue where the icon is not showing if a Designer has used an icon instead of a profile photo in the Designer Results area for search results pages.

If you have no profile photo or icon selected there will be a yarn ball. This issue is only if you have a color circle icon.

STEPS TO RESOLVE:

None - this is being worked on by dev.

Known Issue: Missing Ravelry and Etsy Tabs in Initial Copy Flow

KNOWN ISSUE:

Currently, there is an issue where the Ravelry and Etsy tabs do not appear on the Selling Channels section when copying a pattern within the Product Library.

STEPS TO RESOLVE:

To address this issue and access the missing tabs, please follow these steps:

  1. Exit the Pattern you are working on.

  2. Re-enter the Pattern.

  3. Navigate to the Selling Channels section.

You should now be able to see the Etsy and Ravelry tabs along with the corresponding buttons to Publish within each Selling Channel.

Known Issue: Account Deletion

ISSUE: Subscriptions that are yearly are auto canceled.

Stripe automatically cancels subscriptions in TEST MODE that are more than 90 days old and then deletes them 30 days later. This is starting to occur for alphas who signed up in April.

In light of this, we expect our other Alphas will also receive the same cancelation email over the upcoming days.

Important Note: this is for UAT TESTING ENVIRONMENT ONLY

SOLUTION:

To comply with stripe's testing data retention policy in UAT, we must move Alphas with annual subscriptions to monthly subscriptions.

For the rest of our Alphas who receive the cancelation email over the next several days, these steps must be followed to resolve the issue.

When you receive a cancelation email 90 days after signing up to UAT follow these steps:

RESUBSCRIPTION STEPS:

  1. If you cannot log in to your account - select reset password.

  2. Log into your account, you should be directed straight to My Account > Subscriptions page (Notice all other gosadi menu items are disabled)

  3. Click Monthly

  4. Ensure Designer Landing Page Addon checkbox is Checked

  5. Click Resubscribe on your old plan

  6. Click Visa payment method that ends with 4242 (this is the dummy visa card you were issued. Do NOT use your own credit card)

  7. Verify that account is subscribed and you have access to rest of gosadi menu items
